Simply create a ticket in the first step and describe your problem as precisely as possible. In the 2nd step, download our AnyDesk quick support if necessary so that we can help you quickly and accurately in the event of remote maintenance.
Please note: We do NOT offer telephone support. If you want active telephone support, you can sign a support contract with us. Our Packmonsters work with a ticket system, so we cannot accept telephone support requests outside of existing contracts.
